What areas do you cover?

We operate throughout Exeter, East Devon and into Dorset.

Do you offer traditional window cleaning?

We have a ‘your windows cleaned your way’ policy meaning that we do offer traditional window cleaning as well as cleaning with water fed poles. However, we also have a ‘health and safety first’ policy, so if after accessing your property we felt that it wasnt safe to use ladders then we would only offer water fed poles as the alternative.

Do you clean windows in the rain?

YES, we do clean windows in moderate rainfall. It is very unusual to have rain affect the quality of our cleaning but to offer customer peace of mind we do offer a ‘rain guarantee’. So if you feel that the clean was not up to standard and you contacted us within 48 hours then we would return free of charge.


What is the process of becoming a customer?

After you have made contact with us we will arrange an initial free survey of your property and give you a price. We do not offer quotes over the phone without seeing your property. We like our quotes to be as accurate as possible and reflect the amount of work involved rather than being a generic price. If you are happy with the price then we usually can do the initial clean there and then, or we can rearrange it for a mutually convienient time.

If you choose a regular service, then we would give you a text the day before your clean and let you know will soon be with you. If there were any issues you can then contact us and let us know. We operate a round based system of cleaning meaning that if we missed you we may not be in the area again for some weeks, however usually this is not the case and we can rearrange.

I have a locked gate, how will you gain access?

We send all customers who have given us their mobile numbers a text the day before we visit as a reminder to leave the gate unlocked. We do not jump gates. If for security reasons this is not acceptable to you please let us know as there are other options we can explore. We do not offer a timed appointment apart from the first job of the day which will be around 8am.

How do I make payment?

Our prefered payment method is via bank transfer with your address as reference. However we also accept card payments, cheques and cash.

We do not carry cash as a rule, so the correct change would be needed.

How does pure water window cleaning work?

The simple version is that pure water has no impurities in it so that when it dries on your windows, it dries perfectly clean. The brush simply agitates and loosens the dirt currently on your windows and frames and the pure water then rinses the dirt away leaving perfectly clear windows.
